David graduated from Syracuse University in 1979 and founded the Rosen Group in 1986. He is a licensed architect in New Jersey and New York. Born and raised in Summit, Dave is highly active in many local organizations and community groups including the Summit Area Development Corporation, United Way Board of Trustees, Kearney Connection Task Force, Mayor's Task Force,
Millburn Middle School Planning Committee,
Summit Master Plan Task Force, Summit Chamber of Commerce. |

Jack Kelly, AIA
Partner |
Jack graduated from the University of Virginia in 1980. He joined the Rosen Group in 1995 and became a partner in 2000. Jack is a licensed Architect in New Jersey, and his specialty is residential design. He has been practicing in the Summit area on a wide variety of architectural projects for fourteen years. He is currently a member of the Buildings and Grounds Committee for his church. |

Nancy Dougherty, AIA, LEED
Partner |
Nancy graduated from Barnard College and received a Masters in Architecture from Columbia University in 1990. She joined the Rosen Group in 2000, bringing with her a broad range of experience, and became a partner in 2006. She is a licensed architect in New Jersey and New York and is LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified. Nancy is past President of the Kent Place School Alumnae Association, a member of the Board of Trustees at Kent Place, an active member of the Berkshire Neighborhood Association in Maplewood, and on the Board of Trustees at the Grace Counseling Center. |

Thomas A. Conway, AIA

Tom is a graduate of Miami University in Ohio, and received his Masters in Architecture with a Certificate of Historic Preservation and Planning from the University of Washington, Seattle, in 1992. He joined the Rosen Group in 1998, is Director of Design, and heads the Historic Preservation Department. Tom is a licensed Architect in New Jersey, and has a broad range of experience in residential, commercial, interior design, and historic preservation. His work has been published in regional and national publications, and he has appeared as a featured designer on HGTV. |

Kim Tone, AIA

Kim is a graduate of Penn State University, 1992, and a registered Architect in New Jersey. She joined the Rosen Group in 1996 and has more than twelve years of varied architectural experience, specializing in residential design. She is a member of the New Jersey Society of Architects and is an active volunteer with The Junior League of Morristown. |

Kristina Melo, Allied ASID
Director, Interior Design Studio |
Kristina holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology School of Architecture, and a Certificate of Historic Preservation from Drew University. In addition, she holds a degree in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. She joined the Rosen Group in 1998, promoted to Project Manager in 2001, and Director of the Interior Design Department in 2005. Kristina's work covers a wide range of historic home renovations and additions, new construction, New York City loft renovations, restaurant renovations, and interior design. |

Paul graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from the School of Architecture at the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1998, and joined the Rosen Group shortly after graduating. With more than eight years of experience, his work spans a wide range of residential design projects. |

Keith Olsen, LEED
Project Manager |
Keith holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California. He joined the Rosen Group in 2005 and was promoted to Project Manager in 2006. During his ten years of experience, Keith has worked in Los Angeles, Boston and New York on a broad range of residential, commercial and institutional projects involving renovations, additions, preservation and new construction. |
